The Sasquatch is a unique primate who lives out in the wild engaging in all manner of behaviours. From hunting to humping, the life of these strange animals unfolds over a dramatic and adventurous year.

Sasquatch Sunset is a surrealist comedy movie directed by Nathan and David Zellner. The filmmaker behind Kumiko, the Treasure Hunter, and Damsel, David Zellner is also the screenwriter of the movie. Music for Sasquatch Sunset is handled by Texan experimental band, The Octopus Project, who collaborated with Zellner multiple times. Sasquatch Sunset is produced by acclaimed filmmaker Ari Aster through his production company Square Peg. Lars Knudsen, Tyler Campellone, Jesse Eisenberg, and David Harrari are among the other producers. The movie is distributed by Bleecker Street.
Sasquatch Sunset stars Riley Keough, Jesse Eisenberg, Christophe Zajac-Denek, and Nathan Zellner as a family of Sasquatch. Keough has starred in series such as Daisy Jones & the Six, The Terminal List, and The Girlfriend Experience. Jesse Eisenberg is best known for his performances in The Social Network, Now You See Me, and Resistance. Christophe Zajac-Denek has starred in Twin Peaks, Insidious: The Last Key, and The Get Lost Losers. Nathan Zellner has starred in Kumuko, the Treasure Hunter, Damsel, and Rooster Teeth Shorts.
